Who we are
Founded in 1987, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization is a global, peer-to-peer network of more than 19,000 influential business owners across 200+ chapters in over 80 countries. EO exists for one reason: to help entrepreneurs learn and grow from each other.
EO Houston brings that mission home. We are founders and CEOs of established companies who gather to share hard-won experience, learn from world-class speakers, and build the kind of trusted relationships you simply can’t find anywhere else. We come to give as much as we come to gain.

How EO works
Every member joins a Forum: a small, confidential group of 6–10 fellow owners who meet monthly. Using EO’s experience-sharing protocol, members speak only from personal experience, never giving advice. It becomes your most trusted personal board.
Members-only learning events, workshops, and speakers chosen by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. With 75+ events a year spanning scaling, finance, leadership, marketing, exit, and personal growth, always practical and immediately useful.

Our culture
EO is not a networking group and it is not a place to sell. The chapter operates under a strict non-solicitation policy: members never pitch, sell, or market to one another. That single rule is what makes the room safe.
Because no one is selling, members open up about the things they can’t share anywhere else: the real numbers, the hard decisions, the personal stuff. We share experience, not advice, so everyone leaves with perspective instead of pressure. That is the EO difference.
